- Digital Products
As we offer digital software products, delivery is typically performed electronically via email or customer dashboard download.
- Delivery Time: Instantly or within 1–24 hours after successful payment.
- Delivery Method: Download link and/or license key sent to your registered email address.
- Non-receipt of Product: If you haven’t received your product within 24 hours, please contact us at support@devisoft.co.in with your order number.
- Physical Products (if applicable)
If any hardware, CDs, USBs, or printed materials are sold:
- Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Timeframe: 3–7 business days depending on location.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout.
- Courier Partners: DTDC.
- Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number once the product has shipped.
- Delays and Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, customs delays). However, we’ll do our best to resolve issues quickly.
